1. Shredding services in the spring.
2. Annual neighborhood garage sale publicized by the Association through multiple media sources.
3. Dumpsters for yard cleanup in the spring and fall.
4. Bridlespur provides snow removal and treating of our residential streets.
5. Discount card is issued annually to residents for use at local businesses.
6. A bi-monthly newsletter.
7. Yard of the Month Awards (Gift Card) during the summer months and in December for the best holiday yard decoration.
8. Annual Meeting for homeowners.
